3-Seen-Gebiet
The 3-Seen-Gebiet in Ruhpolding, consisting of the Lödensee, Mittersee, and Weitsee, is a true paradise for swimming enthusiasts. The lakes are idyllically situated in the middle of a beautiful landscape and offer a welcome cool-down on hot summer days. The Weitsee, in particular, with its crystal-clear water, is very popular with families. There is a large sunbathing area with numerous shaded spots along the shore of the lake, ideal for a relaxed picnic. Admission to the 3-Seen-Gebiet is free.
Ruhpolding Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool, located directly in Ruhpolding, also provides an ideal opportunity to cool off on hot days. The pool features a large swimming area with a diving tower and a separate children's pool. Lounge chairs and sun umbrellas are available and can be rented for a fee. For a small snack in between, there is a snack bar with a selection of snacks and drinks. Admission to the outdoor pool is chargeable, but there are discounts for children and families.
